At Aleca Health Salem, our mission is to provide patients with the knowledge and assistance required to recover or live in the comfort of their home, enabling them to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives. Our home health services in Salem workers comp therapy team works with payers, claims adjusters, and nurse case managers in a collaborative approach to patient care and rehabilitation. After consulting with the patient, we will develop a customized care plan centered around the patient’s needs. We’ll also communicate any updates or changes with adjusters and case managers, eventually assisting with discharge planning.
